A seven-year molasses pot-still rum from one of America's most adventurous distilleries. An unplanned ninety-day fermentation and a long marriage in Cabernet–Zinfandel wine casks produced a wildly layered pour, with hints of mulled wine, cherry candy, custard, and candied orange. Bottled at 58.3% with a Queen's Share redistillation and no additives.

A wild-fermented, copper pot-still white rum distilled in Livingston, Scotland by a family whose roots run through Uganda and Jamaica.
