Burlesque by Roulaison
Seven years in Cabernet–Zinfandel wine casks: mulled wine, cherry, custard, and candied orange from a wildly long fermentation.
We're a small Tucson distributor bringing interesting rums to Arizona — the kind that make you pause and go “hmm” before your next sip.
There are more distilleries, cane traditions, and ways of making rum than any one person can reasonably keep track of — which is what makes it so fun. Every bottle we bring in is one that made us pause, take another sip, and then get a little annoying to our friends about.
The plan is simple: find rum we love, get it into Arizona, and share it with anyone who'd like a pour. No lectures. Occasional enthusiasm.
A short, rotating list of bottles we can't stop talking about. Very different from each other. All very good.

Named for an Andean cave spirit. Oatmeal cookie, coconut, clove, and orange finish — an overachiever at 68.9%.
Hand-harvested cane-juice rum from the Nature Isle. Every bottle funds turtle, whale, and reef conservation.
